1.The principle of screw feeder:The screw feeder detects the weight of the passing material through the weighing bridge to confirm the weight of the material on the conveyor belt. The digital speed sensor installed at the tail continuously measures the running speed of the feeder. The pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to The speed of the feeder, the speed signal and the weight signal are sent to the feeder controller together, and the microprocessor in the controller processes it to generate and display the cumulative amount/instantaneous flow. The flow rate is compared with the set flow rate, and the output signal of the control instrument controls the frequency converter to change the driving speed of the feeder, so that the material flow on the feeder changes, close to and maintain the set feed flow rate, so as to achieve quantitative Feeding requirements.
2.Powder metering system and Liquid metering system
Measuring powder, cement, mineral powder, fly ash, etc.When the metering starts, the screw conveyor gets a signal, starts to start, and conveys the powder to the metering hopper, and a part of the air and dust in the metering hopper reaches the dust collecting device through the exhaust pipe.
When the weight of the powder reaches the preset weight value, the screw conveyor stops conveying the powder to complete the metering.
When the pneumatic butterfly valve receives the instruction of unloading, the pneumatic butterfly valve will act (the drive of the unloading butterfly valve should be completed by a cylinder or a pneumatic actuator), and the door will be opened for unloading.
Liquid metering system:The water metering system and the admixture metering system of the concrete mixing plant include a liquid delivery pump, a delivery pipeline, a metering bucket and a butterfly valve respectively.
Water and liquid admixture are measured separately, and then the liquid admixture is put into the water weighing bucket for pre-mixing.
